Best Homemade Protein bars

Sometimes we need a little kick of energy, especially before hitting the trampolines! Today we bring you a healthier option to the store bought ‘Energy bars’…No cooking, no baking, let’s get started!


1 cup of oatmeal (old fashioned oats)

2 tbsp shredded coconut

½ cup peanut butter (or other nut butter)

1/3 cup honey or agave nectar

½ cup ground flax seed

Mix all of the ingredients, chill in the refrigerator and roll into little balls and store. Pop one ofthese energy treats before your next workout or visit to Planet Air Sports! Optional: You can customize this recipe to your liking, add dark chocolate chips, dried berries, chia seeds, raisins… You can keep them refrigerated for up to a week.
