We are proud to offer different activities to promote health, fun and overall fitness for the entire family! Many kids are just not interested in any sport and rather spend their leisure time in front of the TV, the computer or playing video games. For many kids, traditional team sports mean a lot of coaching, rules, pressure, and competition, creating more stress than fun.

It is extremely important to encourage physical activity in our family. Childhood obesity rates just keep going up and healthy habits should always start at home.

When you exercise, you’re helping build a strong body that will be able to move around and do all the things you need it to do. Try to be active every day and your body will thank you later! It’s not all gym class, there are always fun and different alternatives for your kids to exercise, like rock climbing, trampoline jumping, trampoline bungee jumping…For example, rock climbing is a total-body workout for kids. It improves their muscular endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance.
