Speedway Corporate Event

Any activity that aids in bringing employees together will begin building connections between employees, an aspect of effective team building. Going for bowling or sporting activities, having weekly luncheons with employees, can be very helpful for boosting employees’ spirits. Building an effective team requires an atmosphere of positivity, fun, and ease, and these techniques may promote this even further.

Homestead–Miami Speedway knows how to keep their employees happy and motivated. This is a motor racing track located in Homestead, Florida. The track, which has several configurations, has promoted several series of racing, including NASCAR, the IndyCar Series, the WeatherTech SportsCar Championship series, and the Championship Cup Series.

They sure live at full speed and adrenaline! When making a corporate event for their entire team, they searched for a place that goes with their lifestyle and work.

For Speedway, we prepared a team building event where they worked in groups, organized by colors. As soon as they arrived at our Family Fun Center, the groups were assigned to the different challenges and the corporate event began right away. They participated in different activities: bowling, batting cages, ropes course, ninja course and dodgeball.

While they cheered for their teams and as the corporate event went on, they enjoyed good music, delicious food, beer and wine. At the end of the team building, the points for each group were added, and the winner got a big prize.
